Delivery is free in mainland France via Colissimo , to your home (with or without signature), within 24 to 72 working hours* .

Delivery is free for purchases over €100 , via Colissimo , to your home (with or without signature), within 4 to 5 working days*.

*Delivery times do not include preparation. Orders placed after 11 a.m. on Fridays, weekends, or public holidays will be processed the next business day. Second Season cannot be held responsible for late deliveries.

Steps to follow:

Repackage the item in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags and packaging).

Include all original accessories and documents in the package.

*Return costs are your responsibility, unless there is an error on our part (defective or non-compliant item).

You have 14 days after receipt to return an item to us.
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

- The item must be new, unworn, unwashed, unperfumed, unaltered, unstained.
- The original label and packaging must be intact.

- Accessories must be returned in the same package.

- Damaged or incomplete items will not be returned or refunded.

- Each return is inspected upon receipt.

Refund

Once the package has been received and validated, you will be reimbursed within 14 working days .

You will receive a confirmation email. If the conditions are not met, the package will be returned to you.
