ARTICLE 1 – Purpose

These general terms and conditions exclusively govern the sales of products offered by Seconde Saison on its website www.secondesaison.com.
Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

ARTICLE 2 – Products

The essential characteristics of the products are presented on the website.
Seconde Saison reserves the right to modify its offer at any time without prior notice.

ARTICLE 3 – Order

The order is confirmed after payment validation.
Seconde Saison reserves the right to refuse an order in case of an existing dispute with the Buyer or non-payment, in whole or in part, of a previous order.

ARTICLE 4 – Price

Prices are indicated in euros, inclusive of all taxes (TTC).
They do not include delivery charges, which are specified during the ordering process.
Seconde Saison reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, without affecting orders already confirmed.

ARTICLE 5 – Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of order.
Accepted payment methods: credit card (Visa, MasterCard, CB) and PayPal.
Payments are secured via Shopify Payments or PayPal.

ARTICLE 6 – Delivery

- Delivery via Colissimo in mainland France and Europe (zone specified on the website).
- Estimated delivery times: 24 to 72 working hours in France, 4 to 5 working days in Europe.
- Seconde Saison disclaims all responsibility for delays beyond its control (strike, customs, bad weather).

The delivery address must be accurate and complete. In case of error, redelivery costs will be borne by the Buyer.

ARTICLE 7 – Receipt

Upon receipt, it is the Buyer's responsibility to check the condition of the products.
Any anomaly (missing, damaged, non-compliant product) must be reported by email to contact@secondesaison.com within 14 days.

ARTICLE 8 – Returns and exchanges

You have 14 days after receipt to return an item for exchange or refund.
Products must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, unwashed, with original tag and packaging.
Return costs are at your expense unless Seconde Saison made an error.

ARTICLE 9 – Refund

The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the order, within a maximum of 14 days after receipt and validation of the return.

ARTICLE 10 – Legal Guarantees

The products sold benefit from legal guarantees of conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).

ARTICLE 11 – Force Majeure

Seconde Saison cannot be held responsible in cases of force majeure preventing the execution of the contract (strike, fire, flood, pandemic, etc.).

ARTICLE 12 – Personal Data

Collected information is processed in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].
In accordance with the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, opposition, and deletion.

ARTICLE 13 – Intellectual Property

All content on the website www.secondesaison.com is protected by copyright, trademarks, and intellectual property law.
Any total or partial reproduction without written authorization is strictly prohibited.

ARTICLE 14 – Applicable Law and Disputes

These General Terms and Conditions are subject to French law.
In case of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
Failing this, French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
