Metropolitan France
Delivery is free with no minimum purchase for all orders delivered in metropolitan France.
Parcels are shipped via Colissimo to your home without signature, within 2 to 3 working days after order processing.
*If you are absent, a delivery notice will allow you to pick up your parcel at the post office within 15 days.
European Union
Delivery from €5, depending on the destination.
Average delivery times: 3 to 6 working days after dispatch.
Free delivery for orders over €70.

Exchanges & Returns
You have 14 days after receiving your order to request an exchange or refund.
Metropolitan France
Free exchanges : in the form of a credit note valid for 1 year.
In case of refund, return shipping costs are at your expense (amount deducted from the refund).
European Union
Exchanges possible in the form of a credit note (return costs at your expense).
For a refund, return shipping costs are also at your expense.
Return conditions
Items must be returned new, unworn, unwashed, in their original perfect condition packaging.
No returns will be accepted for used or damaged items.
Orders paid entirely or in part with a credit note are not eligible for a refund.
How to make a return?
Submit your request via the return form.
Print the prepaid label provided.
Prepare your parcel with the delivery note.
Drop it off at a post office or relay point.
