Delivery

Metropolitan France

Packages are shipped via Colissimo to your home , within 2 to 3 working days after the order has been processed.

*In case of absence, a calling card will allow you to collect your package from the post office within 15 days.

European Union

Delivery from €5 , depending on the destination.

Average delivery time: 3 to 6 working days after dispatch.

*Exact costs and delivery times are indicated when you confirm your order.

Exchanges & Returns

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request an exchange or refund.

Metropolitan France

Free exchanges : in the form of a credit note valid for 1 year.

In the event of a refund , the return costs are your responsibility (amount deducted from the refund).

European Union

Exchanges possible in the form of a credit note (return costs at your expense).

For a refund, return shipping costs are also your responsibility.

Return conditions

Items must be returned new, unworn, unwashed , in their original packaging in perfect condition.

No returns will be accepted for used or damaged items.

Orders paid in full or in part with a credit note are not eligible for reimbursement .

How to make a return?

Submit your request via secondesaison@gmail.com

Print the prepaid label provided.

Prepare your package with the delivery slip.

Drop it off at a post office or relay point.
